How do I return an item?

Whereas we are sure that you will enjoy your new Kiwanis logo wear, we know that from time to time Kiwanians will have to return an item. We are happy to exchange a shirt for a different size as long as it hasn't been worn and is returned in the same condition as you receive it. You will be responsible for your shipping charges.

How do I get a refund?

If an item is being returned for a refund, here too we are happy to assist. Please be sure that your shirt has not been worn and is being returned in the same condition as you received it. You will be responsible to pay your shipping costs. The District will refund your credit card for the amount that you paid less a 10% handling/restocking fee.
